At BeautyDust Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your skincare essentials in the safest, quickest, and most reliable way possible. We ship our 100% natural Multani Mitti products across India to bring nature’s goodness right to your doorstep.
🚚 Shipping Locations
We currently ship PAN India — to all major cities, towns, and pin codes via trusted courier partners.
⏱️ Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM are processed the next working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary slightly depending on unforeseen circumstances like strikes, weather conditions, or courier delays.
💸 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A flat ₹60 shipping fee is applicable on orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional ₹30–₹50 as COD handling charges.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to track the status of your package anytime.

❌ Delayed or Lost Orders
In rare cases, if your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears lost in transit:
- We will conduct a thorough investigation with our courier partner.
- If the shipment is untraceable or not delivered within 10 business days, we will issue a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.
📬 Incorrect Shipping Details
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.

We work with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on serviceability and location.
